Group counselling is for anyone who needs support and who needs to know that they are not alone in this. We may not all be in the boat but we are in the same storm.
We all have a story. Everyone has experiences that they have gone through, and we can all learn form each other, if we let ourselves. People are resilient and full of knowledge and it is good to share what we are going through. By sharing our story it helps us to sort it out in our minds, to learn from our situations and to share our hurt in a safe and supported space.
